At SIU, we offer a special Buyback Policy for selected mysterious products. If you are eligible, you’ll be notified inside the product box — so please check your box carefully upon opening.

Eligibility Requirements:
• Only selected products qualify for buyback and will include a special notice inside the packaging.

• Buyback requests must be made within 15 days from the date the product is received.
• The product must be returned in its original condition:

• Seal must remain intact
• Tags must be attached
• All original packaging materials must be included
